Result of AGM

 

At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 May 2023, all of the
resolutions were passed.

 

For information, the proxy votes received prior to the meeting were as
follows:

Whilst Resolution 5 was passed with a clear majority, the Board notes the
voting in relation to this resolution. The Board has considered this and does
not believe that any actions are required to understand the reasons behind
this voting result or otherwise.
