Result of General Meeting

 

Biome Technologies plc, a leading bioplastics and radio frequency technology
business, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today in
association with the Company's Convertible Loan Note Fundraising, all of the
resolutions were passed.

 

For information, the proxy votes received prior to the meeting were as
follows:

 1    Directors' authority to allot shares       1,497,355  2,872    1,550

 2    Directors' power to issue shares for cash  1,491,337  8,890    1,550

 

A further announcement will be made when the issue of the Second Tranche CLNs
has occurred and therefore the Convertible Loan Note Fundraising has
completed.
