** Shares of Bisalloy Steel Group  BIS.AX  climb as much as
17.1% to A$1.680, set for best session since late August if
gains hold
    ** The steel manufacturing co says HY profit before tax from
continued ops up 138.4% to A$10.8 mln ($7.75 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2UZ2AG
    ** Posts revenue of A$55.2 mln, up 17.1%, and declares
interim dividend of 4.5 Australian cents per share
    ** Stock hits highest since Dec 3
    ** Over 56,091 shares change hands, 1.5 times the 30-day
average volume of 37,794 shares
    ** Stock has fallen about 9.8% this year, as of last close
