** Shares of Bisalloy Steel Group BIS.AX rise 3.4% to A$3.310, their highest since February 19

** Alloyed steel maker posts HY net profit attributable of A$8.7 million ($5.42 million), up 5.2% from last year

** Company declares interim dividend of 8 Australian cents per share, same as last year

** Stock down 22.9% YTD, including session's moves
