12.1% to A$0.185, hitting their highest level since May 24
    ** Stock on track for best day since May 17, if gains hold
    ** Specialty miner says exploration activities commenced
targeting rare earth and lithium potential across its flagship
project in Canada
    ** Co says previous findings highlighted significant rare
earth mineralisation at the offshore project
    ** Stock has fallen 47.6% this year, as of last close
