** Shares of New Zealand's Black Pearl BPG.NZ rise as much as 6.4% to NZ$1, highest level since Feb. 20

** Stock on track for fourth straight session of gains, if current trend holds

** Data technology firm posts NZ$26.8 mln ($15.85 million) in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for Q4 FY26 vs NZ$12.5 mln last year

** "We have compelling growth momentum and we will reach an important milestone of NZ$30 million ARR in the near term," says CEO Nick Lissete

** YTD, stock flat
