BBVA BBVA.MC 
BBVA said on Wednesday it executed a partial capital reduction of €25.87 million ($29.40 million) and cancelled 52.8 million treasury shares.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC 
Iberdrola is building its first large-scale battery in the United States, the company said late on Wednesday.

AUDAX RENOVABLES ADXR.MC 
Audax Renovables intends to launch a voluntary offer to buy Elmera ELMRA.OL for NOK 41.2 per share, valuing it at about NOK 4.5 billion ($457 million), with completion subject to 66.7% acceptance, the company said on Thursday, adding 43.3% of shareholders support the offer.

ARTECHE LANTEGI ELKARTEA ARTC.MC 
Arteche said on Wednesday it completed an accelerated bookbuild offering for a capital increase and share sale totalling €100 million at an offering price of €33.00 per share, representing a 9.59% discount to the closing price.

INDRA IDR.MC 
Indra is in talks with General Dynamics' Santa Barbara unit to create a joint venture for large land defence contracts, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported late on Wednesday citing sources familiar with the discussions.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC 
BlackRock BLK.N has raised its stake in Telefonica to 6.24% through a fifth consecutive increase, strengthening its position as the group's fourth-largest shareholder, Expansion reported on Thursday.

FCC FCC.MC 
FCC may reinstate its scrip dividend later this year after opting for a €0.5 per share cash payout, according to Expansion.

AMADEUS AMA.MC 
Jefferies cut Amadeus' target price to €60 from €65.
