** Analysts at Canaccord Genuity say Australia's Blackstone
Minerals  BSX.AX  has built strong in-country team for its Ta
Khoa nickel project in Vietnam
    ** The nickel producer plans to build a mining operation
west of Hanoi which would generate around 18 kt per annum of the
mineral
    ** Canaccord mentions beyond the project, BSX is uniquely
positioned to continue exploring for further nickel resources in
Vietnam
    ** Brokerage views co's team, existing Vietnam operations
and refining test work as key strengths to leverage the Hanoi
project towards production
    ** Sees VinES, unit of Vingroup, which is pursuing an
aggressive EV strategy in Vietnam, as a potential partner for
BSX reflecting location positives
    ** Projects such as Ta Khoa will become attractive to
partners as independent source of raw materials -Canaccord
