Exercise of Warrants

 

The Company has received notices for the exercise of 2,000,000 warrants resulting in the receipt of £60,000. The Company shall issue 2,000,000 New Ordinary Shares.

Admission

The Company will make an application for 2,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Equity Shares (transition) category of the Official List and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 11 July 2025.

Total Voting Rights

The Company hereby notifies the market, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that on Admission, the Company's enlarged share capital will consist of 333,458,683 Ordinary Shares, each with one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. On Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is expected to be 333,458,683 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
