shareholder webinar and Q&A Today Tuesday 9 May 2023 at 12:00pm UK time
(19:00pm WST time).

The call will be hosted by Blencowe's CEO, Mike Ralston who will discuss the
Company's recently announced news relating to funding assistance for the
further development of Blencowe's Orom-Cross graphite project from the United
States Government's Development Finance Corporation.
