Blencowe Resources plc

('the Company')

 

Block Listing Application

 

The Company has made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for a block listing totalling 64,125,278 ordinary shares
of 0.5p par value ("Block Listing Shares") for the purposes of exercising
warrants that are outstanding.

 

The Block Listing Shares may be issued from time to time for cash, in order to
satisfy the exercise of warrants to ordinary shares. Any shares will, when
issued, rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

 

It is expected that admission for the Block Listing Shares will become
effective at 8:00 a.m. on 14 January 2026.

 

The Company will report on shares issued under the block listing every six
months as set out in LR 20.6.6, in accordance with applicable regulatory
requirements.
