Bloomsbury, the leading independent publisher, is pleased to announce
that Nigel Newton, Chief Executive and Penny Scott-Bayfield, Group Finance
Director will provide a live presentation relating to the Company's
Preliminary Results for the year ended 29 February 2024 via the Investor Meet
Company platform on Wednesday 5 June 2024 at 12 noon BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am BST on 4 June 2024, or at any time during the live presentation.
