The Company announces that John Bason, Non-Executive Director, has purchased
10,526 ordinary shares of £0.0125 ("Ordinary Shares") on the market at a
price of 408.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, he holds
a total of 10,526 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of
the current Issued Share Capital of the Company.
