UK's Bloomsbury Publishing gains after annual targets expected to exceed consensus

** Shares of Bloomsbury Publishing BLPU.L up 7.6% at 624p- among the top gainers on FTSE 250 index .FTMC

** The British publishing house says annual targets are tracking ahead of market consensus

** Stock is set for the biggest one-day pct gain since October 2024

** Market expectations for the year ending February 28 prior to Thursday's announcement was revenue of 333.4 million pounds  ($432.49 million) and pre-tax profit of 39.6 million pounds

** Co says performance in the second half of the year was strong

** BLPU fell ~7% YTD
