Appointment of Non-Executive Directors and Committee Roles

Further to the announcement of 28 January 2026, Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd
(LSE: BMV), the gold streaming, mining and treasury company, is pleased to
confirm that Frank Amato and Hernán M. Yellati have been appointed to the
Board as Non-Executive Directors with immediate effect.

 

Frank Amato will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee, while Hernán M.
Yellati has been appointed Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

 

Frank Amato will be joined by Board Advisors Darron Giddens and John Webb, who
will attend Audit Committee meetings. The Company has also established a
Conflicts Committee, which will be chaired by John Webb.

 

Sath Ganesarajah, Chief Executive Officer of BMV, said: "We are delighted to
formally welcome Frank and Hernán to the Board. They bring significant
experience across financial markets, macroeconomic strategy and emerging
technologies, which will be invaluable as we continue to execute our growth
strategy.

forward. Their leadership of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and
