** Co's unit and North Carolina state university extend existing contract valued at ~A$1.1 million ($736,670) to include a third year

** Under extended contract, co will continue to develop advanced gallium nitride lasers to support defence and tech development for U.S Department of War

** BLG fell 51% in 2025
