** Shares mark their highest level since July 7
** Company secures A$1.4 million ($979,720) contract from U.S. photonics firm Uviquity
** Deal encompasses advanced photonics development, wafer and chip processing, among other things
** Stock up 53.2%, YTD, including moves in current session
