A$0.034, posting their biggest intraday pct loss since June 9,
2021
    ** Semiconductor developer says it has received commitments
to raise A$4.3 mln ($2.81 mln) via placement
    ** Issue price of A$0.037 per share is at a 19.6% discount
to stock's last close of A$0.046
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Jan. 20
    ** About 9.9 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 814,103 shares
    ** Stock down 24.6% this year, as of last close
