Australia's Boab Metals rises on deal to secure accommodation site

** Shares of Boab Metals Ltd  BML.AX  rise as much as 12.1%
to A$0.185, set for best day since July 6, if gains hold 
    ** Boab Metals signs heads of agreement (HOA) for the
construction and long-term lease of a new 180-person new
accommodation facility in Kununurra
    ** Says the HOA is with Shire Of Wyndham And East Kimberley 
    ** Under the HOA, Shire Of Wyndham And East Kimberley will
fund and oversee detailed design and construction of the
facility
    ** Stock down 45% this year, as of last close
