July 19 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
        
    Boiron  BOIR.PA :
    Boiron reported second quarter sales of 107.6 million euros,
down on the 110.9 million posted a year earlier.
    
    Eurazeo  EURA.PA :
    The investment company announced the final closing of its
Eurazeo Smart City Fund II and new investments for sustainable
cities.
        
    Gaztransport et Technigaz  GTT.PA :
    GTT announced an order from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries
to design tanks of two LNG carriers, with the delivery scheduled
for the second quarter of 2026.
    
    Kering  PRTP.PA :
    Kering named managing director Jean-Francois Palus to lead
Gucci for a transitional period, part of a management reshuffle
at the top ranks of the French luxury goods group in an effort
to restore momentum at its star label.
    
    RENAULT  RENA.PA :
    Nissan  7201.T  and Renault  RENA.PA  will make an
announcement in the coming days on their restructured alliance
and have finalised the deal, people familiar with the matter
said, capping 10 months of sometimes tense negotiations.
    
    Vilmorin & Cie  VILM.PA :
    The French agricultural company said that Limagrain had
crossed the threshold of 90% of its capital and voting rights.
    
    Vinci  SGEF.PA :
    The infrastructure company said its airport traffic rose
24.1% in the second quarter compared to a year earlier.
