    The pharmaceutical company said it is closing sites and is
planning to cut 145 jobs in France.
    
    TESSENDERLO  TESB.BR 
    The industrial group plans to restructure Vilvoorde and to
close its Treforest site, citing declining demand in the West, a
shift to alternative products and migration to lower-cost
countries.
