** Co says it will purchase distributor of building materials, Humphrey Company

**  Humphrey's distribution facility serves lumber dealers and one-step distributors throughout New England, New York and New Jersey

** Boise Cascade currently operates 39 distribution locations in U.S. and the new location further expands its business in northeast region

** Deal value was not disclosed by company

** Transaction is expected to close in December

** Including session's moves, BCC down 44.1% YTD
