Trump says Bombardier to invest $270 million in the US Oct 22 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Thursday that Canadian jet maker Bombardier BBDb.TO is investing $270 million in the United States, days after he dropped threats against the company to ban it from the country.
In a Truth Social post, Trump said the investment will create thousands of American jobs in Kansas, Texas, and Indiana.
Bombardier, which announced a $50 million investment in Wichita, Kansas last week, did not respond to a request for comment on the investment details announced by Trump.
