Brief: Bong successfully raises SEK 200 mln senior secured bond

Dec 15 (Reuters) - Bong AB  BOLJ.ST : 
    * Successfully raises 200 million Swedish crowns ($23.65 million) senior secured bond 
    * Bonds will be issued on Dec. 21, 2015 and have a three year tenor and a fixed annual 
interest rate of 10.0 percentage points 
    * Proceeds from bonds will initially be paid into a pledged escrow account 
    * ABG Sundal Collier AB acts as financial advisor to Bong in connection with bond issue
