Profile Summary
Bong AB is a Sweden-based company active in the packaging industry. It is engaged in the development, manufacture and marketing of envelopes and specialty packaging, gift wrapping, paper bags, packaging equipment , as well as offers services, such as overprinting. The Company markets its specialty packaging under the ProPac brand. Additionally, the Company offers a non-woven high-density polyethylene packaging material, Tyvek. The Company has offices in 21 European countries, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany, among others. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Bong International AB domiciled in Sweden and Bong GmbH domiciled in Germany.
