** Shares of Merino & Co MNC.AX rise as much as 35.3% to A$0.23 to hit highest level since January 17; last up 29.4%

** Wool products maker heading for best day since early November 2024, if gains hold

** Co enters deal with BINJORA for the distribution and sale of merino apparel products in China

** Says deal also to create and market co-branded products for Australia and China

** BINJORA is an apparel company owned by Bosideng International 3998.HK

** Merino also heading for fourth consecutive session of gains

** MNC down ~24% this year, including the day's move
