Adjournment of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company that was to be held today, 1 October 2020, at 3.00 p.m. was adjourned due to lack of quorum. The adjourned meeting will now take place at the offices of Druces LLP at Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS at 3.00 p.m. on 19 October 2020.
Any changes to the Annual General Meeting  will be made available on the Company's website at www.bihplc.com and by means of the Regulatory Information Service.
The Notice of AGM and the associated form of proxy have already been sent to all shareholders  and also published on the Company's website www.bihplc.com
