Result of 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Board of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that at the 2024
Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "2024 AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions put to shareholders (being 5 ordinary resolutions and 2 special
resolutions) were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the 2024 AGM
set out at the end of in the Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 26
November 2024 in relation to the 2024 AGM, a copy of which is available on the
