The Board of Directors of BIH is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting held earlier today, Thursday, 24 June 2021 (the "General Meeting"), were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the Circular to shareholders dated 8 June 2021, a copy of which is available on the Company's website and can be downloaded from https://www.bihplc.com/.
