Total Voting Rights 
In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") the Board of BIH announces: 
As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 63,945,137 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights (the "Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and accordingly the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 63,945,137. 
Accordingly, the above figure of 63,945,137 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
