Botswana Diamonds ("BOD"), the London AIM and Botswana Stock Exchange listed
diamond exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Strand Hanson Limited as the Company's Nominated and Financial
Adviser with immediate effect. First Equity Limited assumes the role of sole
