Results of Annual General Meeting

 

At the Botswana Diamonds plc ("Botswana Diamonds") Annual General Meeting
("AGM"), which was held in Newry earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

James Campbell, the Managing Director, also presented an update on projects.
In particular:

·    Eight Copper and Critical Mineral focused Prospecting Licences,
covering 7,000 km(2) have been awarded in Botswana.

·    The licence areas were identified from the Company's proprietary
Botswana exploration database using explainable Artificial Intelligence
techniques.

·    Initial discussions have commenced with potential partners regarding
the advancement of exploration on the newly awarded licences.

·    The Company continues to maintain its diamond portfolio, including
the KX36 project, the Maibwe joint venture (both in the Kalahari of Botswana)
and the Thorny River mining area in South Africa.
