AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) update

 

In accordance with AIM rule 17, Bow Street Group (AIM: BOW), the owner and
operator of "Wildwood" and "dim t" restaurants, announces the following
information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules for Companies.

 

David Page, Executive Chairman of the Company, was previously a director of
Meatailer Limited until 29 July 2025. This company was placed into
administration on 9 April 2026.
