** Shares of content cloud firm Box BOX.N fall 8.1% to $30.8 in extended trading

** BOX expects 2026 adjusted earnings between $1.13/share and $1.17/share vs est of $1.87/share, per data compiled by LSEG

** Company forecast 1Q26 adjusted profit to be in the range of 25 cents/share to 26 cents/share vs est of 43 cents/share

** BOX sees 2026 revenue to be in the range of $1.155 billion to $1.160 billion vs est of $1.158 billion

** Company posts Q4 adjusted earnings of 42 cents per share, in line with analysts' expectations

** Up till last close, stock up ~6% YTD
