** Co forecasts full-year revenue of $1.29 bln vs analysts' estimate of $1.28 bln
** BOX's Q2 revenue rises 9%, slightly beating analysts' estimates, while adjusted EPS is in line with expectations 
** At least three brokerages raise PT on stock following quarterly results
** Four of 10 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, five "hold" and one "sell"; their median PT is $37- LSEG-data
** Up to last day's close, stock was up 10.3% YTD
