** Shares of Box BOX.N rise 6.06% to $25.37 premarket, up from its lowest since February 10 at Tuesday's close

** Intelligent content management platform's Q4 revenue slightly beat analysts' expectations - data compiled by LSEG

** Company repurchased 4.4 mln shares for $126 mln in Q4

** Box expects Q1 FY27 revenue of $304 mln, up 10% year-over-year

** Analysts on average expect quarterly revenue  up 10.2% to $304.33 million and EPS of 36  cents a share

** At the previous session's close price, co was trading at 14 times next year's expected earnings

** Analysts on average expect BOX's net income to rise 18.1% to $239.99 million in its current fiscal year after falling 20.9% to $203.28 million in its previous fiscal year
