Box gains after upbeat Q4 profit

** Software firm Box Inc's  BOX.N  shares up 5% at $28.60
after the bell  
    ** Company posts Q4 adj EPS of $0.42 vs est of $0.38 - LSEG
data 
    ** BOX posts Q4 rev of $262.9 mln vs est of $263 mln 
    ** Co forecasts Q1 rev in the range of $261 mln to $263 mln
vs est of $261 mln 
    ** Also announces a new $100 mln expansion of share buyback
program 
    ** However, its FY 2025 revenue forecast of $1.08 bln to
$1.085 bln misses estimates of $1.09 bln 
    ** Separately, BOX says it would expand its collaboration
with Microsoft  MSFT.O  with new Azure OpenAI service
integration   
    ** Up to last close, stock is up 6.4% YTD
