Box rises after boosting annual forecasts

** Shares of content cloud firm Box BOX.N up ~6% at $32.98 after the bell

** Co now expects annual revenue in the range of $1.17 billion to $1.175 billion vs. previous forecast of $1.165 billion to $1.17 billion

** Also sees annual adjusted EPS in the range of $1.26 to $1.28, vs. previous $1.22 to $1.26 forecast

** Posts Q2 revenue rise of 9% to $294 million, vs estimates of $290.8 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Quarterly adj. EPS of 33 cents beat estimates by 2 cents

** Stock up 8% in the past 12 months
