** Shares of content cloud firm Box Inc BOX.N rise 11% to $34.9 in extended trading

** BOX forecasts full-year 2026 revenue between $1.165 billion and $1.170 billion, up from earlier projection of $1.155 billion to $1.16 billion; analysts expect $1.16 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Company expects annual adj. earnings of $1.22 to $1.26 per share, up from earlier forecast of $1.13 to $1.17

** Sees Q2 revenue in the range of $290 million to $291 million, above estimates of $285 million

** BOX posts Q1 revenue of $276.3 million, beating estimates of $274.8 million

** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 0.4% YTD
