    ** Company posts Q1 revenue of $264.7 mln, above analysts
est. of $262 mln, as per LSEG; adj. earnings of 39 cents/shr
also above est. of 36 cents/shr
    ** Sees Q2 adj. EPS in range of 40 cents to 41 cents, above
analyst expectations of 39 cents; expects revenue between $268
mln and $270 mln, below est. of $270.8 mln
    ** BOX projects FY25 revenue in range of $1.06 bln to $1.08
bln, below est. of $1.08 bln; on an adj. basis sees per-share
earnings of $1.54 to $1.58 vs est. of $1.58/shr
