Bradda Head Lithium Limited (AIM:BHL), the North America-focused lithium
development group, is pleased to announce that following the announcement
issued last week that the Company has entered into a  Definitive 'Option to
Joint Venture' Agreement for up to 60% of Whistlejacket Lithium-Bearing
Pegmatite Property, Arizona, USA; that the Company will be hosting an investor
presentation outlining the transaction via the Investor Meet Company online
platform at 16:00 BST on Wednesday 4(th) February 2026.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 04
February 2026 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.

Bradda Head Lithium Ltd. is a North America-focused lithium development
group. The Company currently has interests in a variety of projects, the most
advanced of which are in Central and Western Arizona: The Basin
Project (Basin East Project and Basin West Project) and the San Domingo

average grade of 929 ppm Li for a total of 99 kt LCE and an Indicated
