** Apparel and accessories maker renews distribution and
licence agreement with PVH Arvind Fashion for brand name "Tommy
Hilfiger"
** Renewed agreement, effective from Jan. 1, 2024, is for 3
years till Dec. 31, 2026
** BRAN trading above 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple
moving averages since May 2023
** Stock on track for three consecutive monthly gain, if
trend holds
** Stock rose ~163% in 2023, marking three consecutive years
of gains
