March 24 (Reuters) - Brc Asia Ltd  BRCA.SI  
    * Deal in relation to proposed subscription by subscribers 
of a total of 5.7 million new ordinary shares in nuform at a 
subscription consideration of s$6 million 
    * With Keong Hong Holdings, Ho Lee Group, Ng Teck Huat 
entered into share subscription agreement with Nuform System 
Asia Pte. Ltd 
    * With KH and Ho Lee entered into a loan agreement to be 
made between lenders and nuform 
    * Proposed transactions not expected to have any material 
impact on nta per share of group for financial year ending 30 
september 2017 
    * Portion of proposed loan to be provided by company is 
s$1.5 million
