Profile Summary
BRC Asia Limited is a Singapore-based company, which is engaged in the prefabrication of steel reinforcement for use in concrete, trading of steel reinforcing bars, and manufacturing and sale of wire mesh fences. The Company operates through three segments: Fabrication and manufacturing, Others, and Trading. The Fabrication and manufacturing segment is involved in the business of processing and prefabrication of steel reinforcement, including the sale of standard-length rebar, for use in concrete. Its Others segment comprises property development and interest in an associate who operates in the business of management of an airport, hotel and resort, and property development. The Trading segment is involved in the trading of steel and steel-related products in both domestic and international markets. The Company’s products include Rebar, British Reinforcement Concrete (BRC) weldfence, cages, wires, and mesh. The Company offers two solutions; prefabrication services and cut and bend.
