** Rug and carpet maker says revised offer from Floorscape to acquire co did not receive sufficient support from major shareholders to progress it further
** Co has therefore determined not to progress discussions, resulting in the termination of the scheme implementation agreement
** Stock down 11.3% YTD, including the day's moves
