** The rug and carpet company receives a revised takeover proposal from flooring products firm Floorscape at a fixed price of NZ$0.95 per share for 100% of BRW shares
** Says Floorscape's revised proposal is superior to financial investment firm Mangawhai Collective's proposed partial offer of NZ$0.90 per share for 44% stake in BRW
** Bremworth in October 2025 had entered into a scheme implementation agreement with Floorscape with an estimated total consideration range of NZ$1.05 to NZ$1.15 per share,
** More than 84,148 shares change hands, about 2.7x the 30-day average
** YTD, stock up 2%, including session's moves
