** The UK-based private equity firm expects 2026 PRE and EBITDA materially above current consensus, with PRE at 37%-39% of total income
** Sees PRE at 25%-30% of total income over medium term and EBITDA margin around 60% in 2026 and 2027
** Company targets total capital returns of 40%-60% of "Cash from Profits" over five years to 2030 under new shareholder distribution framework starting FY 2027
** As of last close, stock up ~22% YTD
