SUSAN ALLEN JOINS YORKSHIRE BUILDING SOCIETY AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Following the announcement on 30 August 2022, Yorkshire Building Society is
now pleased to confirm that Susan Allen OBE has joined the Society and our
Board as a director and Chief Executive Officer, subject to regulatory
approval, on 2 March 2023.
