April 27 (Reuters) - 203 Web Group publ AB  203.ST : 
    * Said on Friday, acquisition of Bodegashop.com, the Spanish 
wine shop, had been cancelled 
    * Said that in connection with the closing of the 
acquisition, a number of circumstances relating to Bodegashop 
have occurred which resulted in revenues in Bodegashop falling
