    ** Co authorizes repurchase of up to $750 mln of its common
stock on Thursday
    ** Co adds stock repurchase program is in addition to the $1
bln authorization announced in Aug. 2021, under which $71 mln
remains as of Wednesday
    ** Repurchases under the program may be made through open
market purchases or through privately negotiated transactions -
